hello, im blue -- webmaster, and front end developer of the website "blueberrymuffinss.neocities.org." its nice to meet you. im not the best at introductions and such, but i'll try my best.

i like art. and some other things like writing or reading, anime, puzzles/games like chess, typology, music, and web design. i also enjoy philosophy.

my taste in shows/media usually revolve around science fiction, thriller, psychological horror, or mystery. some examples of media i really enjoy include deathnote, serial experiments lain, evangelion -- but that's only to name a few.

personality wise, i would describe myself as more reserved than not, curious, and rather eccentric. some of my closer friends might say otherwise, they usually view me as more bubbly, and quite passionate about my interests.

im pretty neurotic and anxious most of the time, so i struggle with talking to people. i also do not possess a lot of empathy, so i often times miss social cues, or find it difficult to connect with other people

i grew up with the internet at a kind of young age, which gave me opportunities to learn more about the world around me, and helped me discover much about myself. i still have kept many of my older interests, never seeming to outgrow them. i think its an important part of me.

why an ocean ?
i honestly feel as a place represents me better than a person or character lol

ive always felt connected to an ocean (its even part of one of my names!), so i find it a fitting profile for me

why did you make this website?

i made my site because i wanted to find a place to just be me, and perhaps find someone who shares my interests. making my site also gives me opportunities to learn new skills, and more about myself.

what were your inspirations?

i took some inspiration from the 2000s/"old web" style. as well, i took some inspo from the kawaii aesthetic. ^^

i chose this style, because i thought it reminded me of my childhood memories, and that perception and thoughts i had stored deep down. its like a release of nostalgia, and sense that i do not need to conform (as my designs are not really like most webpages youd come across), but instead try to stay true to myself, and perhaps inspire others to do the same.
